That's right only $6.50! We appreciate your custom and are delighted to be able to offer this service at such a great rate.
If you have received a faulty product, we will happily offer you a replacement or full refund.
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Orders delivered within New Zealand
Orders delivered to addresses inside New Zealand include GST at the rate of 15%.
Orders delivered to international destinations
We deliver to all nations except the Russian Federation. At present we cannot ship Heaties to Australia due to strict import restrictions but are able to ship all other goods to Australia. Customers with orders delivered to destinations outside New Zealand may be liable for any import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties and any other charges related to imports imposed by the destination country.
For your convenience, we offer 2 different payment options:
Credit card: the fastest way to pay for your order is by credit card. This will allow us to have a your order dispatched on the next available courier. For your security, all credit transactions are directed through Paypal.
Bank deposit: if you live in New Zealand and can't or don't want to pay by credit card, you can deposit funds into our account using your online banking facility. We do not accept bank deposits from offshore accounts. We check our accounts daily and we will prepare your order for dispatch as soon as your payment has cleared.
Delivery within New Zealand
All orders shipped within New Zealand using Fastway Couriers. Parcels can be delivered to physical and PO Box addresses New Zealand-wide.
Delivery costs: Free to any address within New Zealand (includes Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands and Pitt Islands).
Dispatch timeframes: we dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery times: all deliveries have a delivery target of 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived in this timeframe, please contact us so that we can give you an update on the service.
Tracking: parcels are tracked at every point of the delivery process.
Sorry, we do not allow pickups.
We offer a free NZ Post Airmail service for all nations except Russian Federation.
Airmail is an untracked service with a delivery target of 10-20 working days from the date of dispatch.
There is no online tracking or signature required option on Airmail. Parcels can be delivered to physical and PO Box addresses.
Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can't guarantee that your parcel will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities may take longer.
For international shipping you will be required to select your delivery zone. As a general guide, Zone A is Australia, Zone B is the South Pacific, Zone C is East Asia, Zone D is Europe and North America, Zone E is the rest of the world. To be certain, you can check your country in our Delivery Zones section.
International shipping is Free.
In the instance that a customer believes that Harry's Garden has supplied them with the incorrect quantity of products, the customer must notify Harry's Garden within 7 days of the order's delivery. Harry's Garden will conduct an investigation to confirm whether the correct quatity was dispatched and will work out a resolution with the customer at the completion of the investigation.
Damaged or lost in transit
In cases where orders are lost in transit or arrive damaged, the customer must notify Harry's Garden within 7 days of the order's delivery. In cases of damage, the customer must provide evidence of the damaged products and parcel.
All orders shipped within New Zealand are insured against damage or loss during transit for up to $250 NZD.
Labelling and Safety
Harry's Garden Products are manufactured with the utmost care and adhere to international safety standards and stringent labelling laws. Our Heatie's are recommended for ages 3 and up and this is stated on the garment tag as required by law. Our Heaties will become hot when heated and recommend the supervision of an adult at all times. Do NOT allow your child to Heat the Heatie. Upon purchasing the Heatie, the consumer is responsible for their own safety. Please follow heating instructions carefully. As per legal requirements we do not advise putting the Heatie under a blanket.
